Description: By the end of this program, learners with 5-10 years of experience will be able to understand the importance of different personal characteristics of creators, identify their strengths and weaknesses in the field of creativity, develop a personal strategy to stimulate creativity, recognize the characteristics that enhance team creativity, and work collaboratively with others to generate new ideas.

Objective: 

Upon completion of this program, participants will be able to:

• Define the concept of creativity and how to achieve it.

• Explain the impact of creativity on individuals and groups.

• Identify the obstacles to creativity and how to overcome them.
